    Job Overview:

    Rendr is seeking a candidate for their Human Resources Internship Program. Student candidates are required to be currently enrolled in college pursuing a graduate degree in Human Resources, or related field. This is a 10-12 week summer program depending on students’ academic requirements.

    The HR Intern will be highly motivated and detail-oriented with a strong understanding of general Human Resources principles. The Intern will contribute to multiple projects throughout the semester, and assist with the development of internal policies, procedures, and strategic planning as needed.

    Potential internship projects could include a variety of HR specialties. However, the primary goal will be focusing on Talent Acquisition and Strategic Sourcing strategies. Specifically identifying new sources of specialized healthcare talent through extensive research of national academic institutions, medical schools, residency programs, and other sources of qualified bilingual (Chinese/English) talent.

    This experience will be an immersion into healthcare recruiting, talent sourcing, and related techniques, processes, and procedures.

    ** Required Qualifications:**

    • Currently pursuing a graduate level degree in HR or related field
    • Strong understanding of general HR principles.
    • Ability to successfully multi-task while working independently or within a team environment.
    • Data analysis and Research skills
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Microsoft Office Suite proficiency

    ** Preferred Qualifications:**

    • Prior HR work experience
    • Event management experience
    • Chinese cultural awareness and/or language fluency (Mandarin, Cantonese), is a big plus
