Job Overview:

An opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will be instrumental in formulating marketing strategies to promote healthcare services and elevate brand recognition. Key responsibilities encompass spearheading marketing campaigns, overseeing marketing events for seamless implementation of initiatives, conducting comprehensive market research, and closely collaborating with our facilities and partners to drive business expansion.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise marketing campaigns to promote our healthcare services to the community.
• Coordinate and supervise marketing projects to ensure successful implementation and timely execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to devise and execute specialized marketing strategies tailored to the medical field.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities for growth and development within the healthcare sector.
• Efficiently manage and allocate resources to support marketing activities and initiatives
• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and industry partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required

• 2-5 years in a marketing role, preferably in the healthcare industry.

• Proficiency in verbal and written communication in both Chinese and English

• Proven experience developing and executing successful marketing campaigns, preferably in the medical or healthcare industry.

• Strong project management skills with a demonstrated ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Comprehensive knowledge of the healthcare industry, encompassing regulatory considerations and market challenges

• Exceptional communication, organizational, and time management skills

• Flexibility to travel and work at weekends for marketing events as needed from time-time
