    Rene Sorola Properties Group is seeking a talented and motivated Buyer Agent/Specialist to assist our growing Real Estate Team! We are looking for someone willing to be the first point of contact for our clients and be responsible for nurturing those relationships through contract, closing, and beyond. In addition, he/she needs to demonstrate on a daily basis the knowledge, attitudes, skills, and habits of a high-achieving buyer agent who is committed to putting clients first, doing the right thing, and to seeking win-win agreements. The Buyer Agent will be expected to prospects for leads daily, set appointments with leads, and then conducts a high-level fiduciary needs analysis for clients. The Agent will select homes that meet the criteria and will show the clients to the homes. The agent will refine the criteria, will negotiate the offer, write the contract, and oversee the deal through its close. Responsibilities: ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: • Actively work personal sphere of influence, including networking events and open houses • Prospect for both seller and buyer leads, convert leads to appointments & close for buyer agency agreements. • Conduct a thorough needs analysis to ensure fiduciary service to all buyer clients. • Educate buyer clients about home buying process. • Show homes to prospective home buyer clients. • Write & submit all offers to purchase homes for buyer clients. • Negotiate offers to purchase and oversee entire negotiation process. • Coordinate with contract-to-close coordinator in order to ensure accurate and timely submission of all required documents • Communicate diligently with administrative staff to ensure the highest level of service to buyer clients from initial contact through contract to close. Qualifications: • MUST HOLD AN ACTIVE (OR INACTIVE) REAL ESTATE LICENSE AND BE WILLING AND ABLE TO JOIN THE TEAM BROKERAGE  • 1–3 YEARS OF INDUSTRY AND SALES EXPERIENCE PREFERRED • Candidates must be organized, resourceful, detail-oriented, with a friendly focus on customer service. • Willing to learn scripts and dialogues and practice them on a regular and consistent basis • Ability to work independently with little management involvement • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, strong sales mentality, and negotiating ability. • Demonstrate commitment to learning by attending courses and training sessions • Required: High school diploma • College degree or some college is preferred Compensation: $100,000 + at plan commission
