Responsibilities: Follow scripts to deliver the team value proposition and handle objections to demonstrate the professionalism and integrity that our team prides itself on Engage with customers to set appointments with field agents in order to provide quick response times to their needs Making outbound calls, communicating via email and overseeing and managing the sales pipeline are primary responsibilities to ensure the buying/selling needs of our customers are met A problem solver who pinpoints the needs of our clients and offers them solutions to promote a high level of comfort and trust with our client base Produces sales reports on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure all sales goals are met Qualifications: Has strong listening skills and is able to uncover potential sales opportunities You are in your element working with others and have great communication skills Master organizer of systems, files and your time with excellent follow-up skills Passionate about selling Strong problem solving skills with solution oriented focus Compensation: $100,000+ potential income at a plan
