• Full-time, Part-time, Temporary, Internship Renée Rouleau Skin Care is accepting resumes for a part or full-time marketing intern. This is an excellent opportunity to strengthen your current skills or learn new ones with a fast-growing company. In this position, you will work in our office on Dessau Road (zip code 78754) in Austin, Texas and be assisting in all tasks related to implementing a strategic marketing program that advances the companys mission and vision. Work Skills: This is mostly a task-based person who is good at taking direction and someone who can juggle lots of different projects at once. Prioritization and time management skills are essential to be successful in this role. Must be tech-savvy, self-starting, critical thinker with a great attention to detail. Must be a highly organized taskmaster and work at a fast pace. In general, this person must have a natural sense of urgency to get things done?and done right. Must also have good writing skills and a solid work ethic. Youll wear multiple hats, so flexibility and enjoying a variety of tasks is essential. Non-tobacco users only. Responsibilities Include: Support all details of the marketing function, follow through marketing projects from concept to completion within budget. Copywriting: We have a popular blog with over 1000 posts that need to be updated for spelling, grammar, readability, and SEO. Proofreading and editing experience is a plus. When applying, we'd love for you to share some samples of your work. Email marketing: Utilize best practices for email marketing. Knowledge of Mail Chimp and Google Analytics is a plus. Reporting: Weekly reporting of all marketing efforts. Collaborative development of benchmarks and goal setting for channel performance (including spend, sales and ROI). Track performance against goals and report performance to senior leadership. Working knowledge of Excel and/or Google Spreadsheets is a must. Advanced experience is a plus. Website updates: Add and edit product and press pages. Shopify experience a plus. Social media: Work with our graphic designer to provide images for use on website, blog and social media channels. Adhere to set social schedule, but some creativity is necessary to concept new and different ways to promote existing ideas. Assisting with communications through social media. Graphic design: Not mandatory as we currently work with a designer but experience using Adobe Creative Suite, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, or Dreamweaver is a major plus.
