Join our dynamic team as a Part-Time Officet (20-25 hrs/wk). Based in Walnut Creek, this role involves providing comprehensive office and marketing support to our team. Responsibilities: • General office administration, such as preparing agendas, updating trackers, and ordering/maintaining office supplies and inventory, and maintaining overall office efficiency. • Assist in planning and coordinating multiple events throughout the year. • Promoting listings through social media, property blasts, and landing pages. Posting on various social media platforms using a predefined schedule • Prepare print mailers and other marketing materials • Assisting with copywriting • Updating and maintaining CRM • Pulling statistical data for the preparation of various reports. Qualifications: • Strong organizational skills. • Proficiency in Google Suite. • Experience with Canva • Tech-savvy with the ability to multitask effectively. • Excellent communication skills. Compensation: $20 - $25 hourly
