    Renee Williams Group LLC is seeking a detail-oriented Real Estate Administrative Assistant in Pearland, TX who is fueled by providing excellent service, without excuses, and who has experience supporting a perfectionist manager in a very fast-paced environment. This is a non-licensed part-time position with the potential for full-time, as the company grows. The person in this role reports directly to the Broker/Owner, while also working closely with members of her team. The Real Estate Administrative Assistant’s main function is to provide high-level support to the Broker/Owner. The goal of this position is to take ownership of all administrative tasks, both business-related and personal, enabling the Broker to focus on business development. You must be available to work in person 5 days a week if needed. Some weeks are flexible and fewer in-person days will be required. You may also work 2 - 4 hours one weekend day and two evenings per month, as required. We are hiring a local admin that is excited to put their full focus into this position. Responsibilities: Keep track of all transaction documents in the client database and complete the necessary paperwork Monitor deadlines and provide notices to appropriate parties when necessary Fulfill client requests for information or other relevant transaction services in a quick and friendly manner Plan travel arrangements, open houses, final walkthroughs, and other necessary engagements Generate status reports for the team on a regular basis to make sure company targets are being properly prioritized Assist the real estate team in facilitating local events to foster connection to people in the neighborhood Supervise production of all online marketing materials as well as brochures and flyers for events to professionally represent the real estate team • Administer and oversee client database, CRM, and electronic filing systems for all transactions. • Manage/organize the Broker’s very active business and personal calendars to maximize her efficiency. Qualifications: Must have high school diploma or GED Excellent written and verbal communication skills Understands how to utilize a database for processing client information and how to use Microsoft Office to create necessary documents Previous experience in the real estate industry License for real estate is preferred but not required • Reliable transportation to run real estate errands such as placing lock boxes, putting up Open House signs, and meeting with vendors Compensation: $18 - $21 hourly
