Membership front desk sales are responsible for creating a positive member experience through optimal customer service. Front desk membership sales representatives are responsible for greeting members, answers phones, billing questions, checking members into the system, signing up new memberships, and give club tours. The ideal candidate will also be able to multitask and respond to member questions professionally with the assistance of an assistant manager or manager as needed.
Job Requirements Include:
Hold an active CPR/AED certificate
Friendly and outgoing personality
Fitness enthusiast
Customer service experience of a year or more
High School Diploma
18 years of age or older
Physical Demands
Continual standing or walking during a shift
Continual talking and public speaking
Lift up to 50 lbs
Preferred Requirements
Twin Oaks software experience
Additional education or experience through an accredited college focusing in exercise science, sports management, etc.
