OED (Operation Engineering Division) has the integrated operative function for various semiconductor processes technology, foundry operation, PDK, and test technologies in semiconductor development and manufacturing, and one of the most exciting workplace that are able to interact with various stake holders like Marketing, Design, and other internal and external Fabs in the world.

The Senior Power Process Technology Engineer will be responsible for the process development and execution of a program to develop and commercialize IPD. This role will require a strong understanding of IPD monolithic process development, as well as experience in program management from risk mitigation perspective. The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated and results-oriented individual with a proven track record of success in delivering complex programs. This position is in DDT (Device Development Technology Group) in OED. This position will require the candidate to be based in our Palm Bay, Florida location (acceptable in mid-US area).

Qualifications

This role will require the following skills:

• Device technology: At least 7 years device process design/ electrical characterization experience in IPD, and preferably Si-power FET, BCD, LDMOS, and CMOS technologies for various power applications
• Communication : Good written and oral communication in English and documentation skills

Besides the above, the preferred candidate will also have the following skills:

• Comprehensive knowledge: Device physics, Modeling, PDK, Assembly, Test in IPD or Si-power FET
• Knowledge of automotive industry standards : AEC Q101, AQG324 etc.
• Competitor knowledge: Extensive knowledge of competitors in IPD and Si-Power FET
• Communication : Oral communication in Mandarin and/or Japanese
• Desirable: At least 3-years experience of program manager working with relevant departments such as Design, Marketing, Internal/External fabs, QA, assembly, PDK and Test to facilitate project progress
