    Job Description

    We are currently seeking a talented and detail-oriented Web Graphic Designer/Digital Asset Coordinator to join our team. This contractor role will be instrumental in establishing the selection of a Digital Asset Management (DAM) platform, migrating assets into a new DAM, and overseeing the standards and creation of image assets for our website.

    Responsibilities:

    • DAM Implementation: Collaborate on the process for selecting, implementing, and managing a suitable Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
    • Metadata: Develop and maintain a metadata entry protocol. Work with various stakeholders across the enterprise to define metadata and taxonomy guidelines. Actively promote data consistency to support common standards and analytics.
    • Asset Migration: Coordinate the migration of existing digital assets into the new DAM system, ensuring they are properly categorized and easy to access.
    • Web Graphics: Collaborate with UI/UX and graphic designers for the creation of compelling and brand-aligned graphic designs for our website, including images, illustrations, layouts, and other visual elements.
    • Image Asset Standards: Develop and enforce guidelines for image asset creation, usage, and storage to ensure consistency and high-quality visuals.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with UI/UX, graphic designers, content creators, marketers, and other team members to ensure all graphics meet requirements and align with our brand's identity.
    • Performance Tracking: Monitor the performance of digital assets, identify trends, and make recommendations for improvements.
    • Audit: Review website graphics to identify enhancement opportunities.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, or a related field.
    • Proven experience as a graphic designer and/or DAM coordinator.
    • Proficiency in graphic design software, including Adobe Creative Suite.
    • Experience with DAM systems and understanding of metadata, tagging, and categorizing digital assets.
    • Strong knowledge of web content management systems (CMS) and related tools.
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
    • Experience in the semiconductor industry would be advantageous.
    • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
    • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

    Additional Information

    Project timeline:

    • Available to start immediately.
    • 30-40 hours a week.
    • 6-month contract with the possibility to extend.
