Job Description

This is an internship position for 3 months. The intern will be working with our RF design team on the Precision Hi-Rel and Space product line. Primary role is transistor level design of RF products. This unique opportunity will provide extensive learning experience on RFICs design, measurement and new SiGe/SOI CMOS processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in Cadence design tools
• Design and tape-out experience in SiGe and/or CMOS process
• Passive structure designs such as baluns, filters with EMX/Momentum
• Collaborate with lead engineers to evaluate designs in lab, diagnose and correct circuit flaws in new and existing products.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge:

• RF IC design experience
• Experience in EM tools including EMX, HFSS,.
• RFIC layout experience
• Hands-on experience on RF components measurements

Education and/or Experience:

• Current PhD candidate in RF IC design
