Staff Strategic Account Manager
Job Description
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our Global Regional Sales team as a Staff Strategic Account Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for managing strategic customer accounts at a global level, developing and executing sales strategies, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at strategic customer accounts.
Drive revenue growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within assigned accounts.
Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies that align with customer needs and Renesas' business objectives.
Lead contract negotiations and ensure successful contract execution.
Provide regular updates on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities to senior management.
Serve as a trusted advisor to customers, understanding their business challenges and offering solutions that leverage Renesas' product portfolio.
Travel to customer sites and industry events as required.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA preferred.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in semiconductor sales, with a focus on strategic account management.
Proven track record of successfully managing global strategic accounts and achieving revenue targets.
Strong understanding of semiconductor technologies and market trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
