Exciting full time opportunity for an experienced office assistant.

We are currently seeking an experienced office assistant to work in Mt. Horeb, WI. Our ideal candidate will be dependable, able to multi-task, will have STELLAR PHONE SKILLS, and a RELENTLESS ATTENTION TO DETAIL.

JOB DUTIES:

• Answer phones
• Data entry
• Book appointments
• Fax, file, and perform any other duties assigned
• Proofreading and approval of medical charts and chart notes

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Must have 3+ years of previous experience working in an office environment
• Must be proficient in Word, Excel, and general computer functions
• Must have excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Must have a team player attitude with a focus on superb customer service
• Must have good attention to detail and good time management skills
