    Renewable Properties is seeking a talented Real Estate Transaction Coordinator responsible for managing the closing of real estate transactions across our solar development pipeline. The Real Transaction Coordinator will work with multiple project partners (internal & external), including landowners, investors, finance, developers, and community stakeholders. The ideal candidate is an organized and seasoned real estate professional with direct experience leading transactions and closing real estate. The Real Estate Transaction Coordinator must be an innovative thinker, fast-learner, collaborative worker, and self-starter with a passion for the renewable energy industry and track record of success thriving in a high growth environment.     RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Responsible for real estate transaction management, working cross-functionally with title companies, developers, project finance, and landowners.
    • Act as the primary point of contact for all things real estate with title companies, legal and project finance.
    • Oversee the review of title commitments, title proformas, ALTA surveys and title curative work required to obtain title policies, and related applicable endorsements, in preparation for project financing including resolution of issues relating to vesting, liens or easements, mineral rights, lis pendens filings, or other matter of records.
    • Work with outside counsel and specialists to manage multiple work streams and drive complex project finance close processes.
    • Provide general support on real estate legal matters as they related to land permitting, engineering, origination, finance and other cross-functional efforts within the company.
    • Manage all critical dates, details, documents and communications.
    • Build strong working relationships both internally and externally.
    • Effectively manage sub-contractors to ensure on time and on budget deliverables.
    • Manage and coordinate multiple projects and work efforts with other team members in an organized, flawless manner.

    QUALIFICATIONS:

    • 5+ years' experience in real estate transaction management, ideally with some combination of solar project development and financing.
    • Demonstrable experience successfully running the closing of real estate transactions.
    • Experience in reviewing revieing, interpreting, and resolving title and vesting issues.
    • Understanding and familiarity with title matters, land use, land (ALTA) surveys, GIS and other real estate related activities.
    • Rigorous attention to detail, work ethic, personal responsibility, work product ownership and organizational skills.
    • Strong business development acumen and exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced business environment.
    • Strong problem solving and strategic thinking skills; ability to add value through creative input and forward-thinking.
    • Driven, resourceful and comfortable working in an entrepreneurial environment.
    • BA/BS Degree; energy, real estate, engineering, or business-related master's degree is a plus.
