CONCIERGE RETAIL SERVICE REP

Our windows come with our toll-free number and a unique ID number on each one. Should a customers have issues, they can give us a call and our Customer Care Representatives will be able to identify your exact window and help remedy any concerns

We also handle any service issues that may arise, such as patio door adjustments or window maintenance questions.

POSITION PURPOSE:

The Concierge Retail Service Representative role will provide Signature Service by being a single point of contact for the homeowner. The Concierge RSR will partner with Sales Reps to provide a customized level of communication with every homeowner.

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Build a concrete relationship with the homeowner
• Create homeowners job file
• Schedule home owners tech measure, install date, and reminders
• Work with RSR's and Scheduling teams to move the homeowners job through the process
• Work with Sales Reps to resolve any paperwork issues, change orders, on-hold jobs, or JIP's
• Post install phone call and survey
• Resolve any post install situations

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1+ years Customer Service experience
• Data Entry Skills
• Must possess strong communication skills and time management skills
• Strong competence in Microsoft Office Software
• High attention to detail
• Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to organize simultaneous tasks
• Strong Organizational abilities
