Our next training class starts on February 5th. The first four weeks of training will be based in our Monroeville, PA office and accommodations will be provided.

Renewal by Andersen has an exciting opportunity to join a winning, competitive team of Sales Consultants in our Pittsburgh market! As a Sales Consultant with RbA, you will be surrounded by a highly energized team that is passionate about enriching the lives of our homeowners.

We are looking for talented Sales Consultants who can help fuel our dynamic growth through a customer-focused, consultative selling experience. As a Sales Consultant, we want you to have the ability to build rapport with customers through a superior homeowner experience while displaying drive and motivation for top results.

Our Sales Consultants are responsible for conducting in-home consultations with homeowners, providing estimates, sales solutions, and custom design options for their replacement projects.

Compensation :
After paid training, our 100% commission plan rewards solid performance with the opportunity for performance bonuses. Compensation averages $150,000 to $200,000.

We offer 10 weeks of paid training ($1,000/week) to ensure your success! Our sales managers coach you to build the skills and confidence you need to get results.

**QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS

MUST HAVE QUALIFICATIONS**:

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
• Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
• 2+ years of in-home or outside sales experience
• Strong written & verbal communicate skills
• Availability to work some weekend and evening appointments
• Ability to sit frequently, walk, reach waist level, and climb stairs
• Ability to occasionally reach from floor to/at above shoulder level
• Must be able to routinely lift/move items weighing up to 55 lbs and place them on raised surfaces
• Ability to drive a personal vehicle with a valid state motor vehicle operator's license
