    Job Description

    HIRING IMMEDIATELY --  THE TALENT ACQUISITION PARTNER ROLE IS AN EXCITING OPPORTUNITY TO BE PART OF A GROWING TEAM AND COMPANY!

      THE SKILLED TRADES | RECRUITING PARTNER will be responsible for identifying, sourcing, and recruiting qualified 1099-subcontractor install crews and W2 skilled trade teammates to join our team. The scope of the role will include strategic sourcing, reach outs and cold calls, pre-screening, field recruiting, communication/planning for interviews, candidate experience management, talent pipeline, and ATS database management.

     

    WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE

    • Leverage various channels such as personal networks, social media, blogs/forums, hiring events, google/boolean searches, and select sourcing tools to attract passive subcontractor profiles.
    • Boots on the ground recruitment efforts including tabling events, partnering with local trade schools and network affiliations to generate new candidates, and more.
    • Develop and execute a sourcing strategy to build a strong pipeline of top candidates from across the industry.
    • Follow-up communication with leads generated through external marketing channels.
    • Seek industry partnerships for lead generation of subcontractors.
    • Provide weekly recruitment reports and sourcing updates.
    • Partner with Recruitment Marketing on lead generation.
    • Provide a great candidate experience with a compelling “executive presence”.
    • Light travel.

    WHAT YOU BRING | THE PERSON

    • 2-3 years of recruitment in skilled trades OR sales experience
    • Ability to create and execute sourcing plans
    • Strong cold calling skills with willingness to aggressively reach out to potential and qualified candidates
    • Passionate about the hunt for talent – building & maintaining a network of candidates/sources through various channels
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize competing tasks in a multi layered fast-paced environment
    • Ability to communicate effectively through strong written and verbal skills
    • A strong value system, excellent judgment, unquestioned integrity
