WITH OVER 118 YEARS OF INNOVATION, RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN IS THE FULL WINDOW AND DOOR REPLACEMENT DIVISION OF ANDERSEN WINDOWS. THE INSIDE SALES CALL CENTER POSITION IS FOCUSED PRIMARILY ON REACHING OUT TO POTENTIAL PROSPECTS IN OUR DATABASE TO SCHEDULE A CONSULTATION WITH A RENEWAL BY ANDERSEN DESIGN CONSULTANT.

PLEASE NOTE: THIS JOB SITS IN OUR ORLANDO OFFICE.

WHAT WE OFFER

• Hourly pay $13-$15 per hour + weekly bonuses. Call Center Agents can earn bonuses up to $500/weekly!

• Daytime Work Hours: Schedule is Sunday through Thursday OR Tuesday through Saturday

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Making outbound calls following up on homeowners' inquiries
• Scheduling and confirming appointments
• Taking inbound calls for customer service related questions and marketing leads
• Providing outstanding customer service
• Handling an average of 150 calls per day

REQUIREMENTS

• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum 1 year of experience in phone-based customer service or sales
• Must be able to reliably commute to our office for scheduled shifts
• A positive, can-do attitude!
