FIELD MARKETING SPECIALIST $15/HR + COMMISSION

We are building our marketing team of outside sales appointment setters to qualify homes, explain the benefits of our products & service and schedule appointments for a free design consultation. We are looking for outgoing and hardworking individuals throughout the Greater San Diego area. In this role, you will be canvassing an assigned area and promoting our products & service at a local event.

COMPENSATION:

W-2, $15/hr + Commission per demo

Paid training is provided

Full Time employees receive benefits package

Guaranteed work weeks

Target Year One Annual Comp is $45,000- $65,000, depending on performance

QUALITIES WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

Someone who is driven, punctual, and reliable.

Candidate who can work independently and attain goals.

Coach-able and passionate towards personal & professional development.

Prior customer service or sales experience selling a product/service is highly preferred.

Proven track record of meeting sales targets on a weekly/monthly basis.

CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be at least 18 years old and willing to submit to a background check

• High School education or equivalent

• Professional appearance

• Reliable Transportation

• Great interpersonal and communication skills

• Prior face-to-face sales, door to door and customer service experience is a plus

• Open Availability is preferred
