As spring brings a mix of late-season storms, wind events, and rain-driven losses across northern Nevada, this role offers a steady flow of residential claims, flexible scheduling, and strong support from an experienced claims team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-site inspections of residential properties following recent weather activity

• Evaluate and document damages from wind, rain, snowmelt, and related causes

• Prepare accurate estimates using Xactimate

• Capture detailed photo documentation and clear written reports

• Communicate effectively with policyholders, contractors, and carrier partners

• Manage claim files and submit complete reports within required timelines

Requirements:

• Working knowledge of Xactimate

• Strong organization, communication, and time-management skills

• Ability to work independently in a field environment

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license

• Active Nevada adjuster license or designated home state license
