A step-by-step development program ensures new representatives have a clear path to a successful career. Once the sales process is mastered, Reno Solar intends to promote within and offer opportunities in leadership. There is no ceiling to the growth benefits. The only limitations that a Solar Sales Specialist will experience will be self-inflicted. Responsibilities: • Create 5-7 self-generated leads each week • Attend weekly sales training meetings • Attend weekly company-wide webinars focused on personal development and peak performance • Represent Reno Solar professionally by becoming an expert on solar energy and by providing excellent customer service • Qualify and close homeowners that meet the appropriate criteria • Meet individual and team sales goals • Must have reliable transportation Qualifications: • Self-motivated, competitive, problem solver, and competent in overcoming objections • Proven track record of field sales experience • Must be outcome-oriented. Previous sales work experience of hitting or exceeding targets and examples of providing excellent customer service will be key indicators of success. • Strong communicator with excellent language skills. Able to write/type routine correspondence, understand, and interpret documents • Able to handle mature conversations with customers, vendors, and others Required Education and Experience • Must be authorized to work in the United States • Must be at least 18 years old • Must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record • High school diploma or equivalent required • Basic computer skills required • Previous canvassing or sales experience preferred • Knowledge of the solar industry preferred Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000
