    If you're money-motivated, sales-driven, and highly competitive, join our talented sales team as a Sales Pro. Your skills and drive will be put to use in this rewarding role as the owner and producer of new business in your sales territory. As our sales pro, you'll develop and implement your own initiatives to meet and exceed sales goals. Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in achieving sales targets, is goal-driven, and has strong communication, and interpersonal skills. Must also understand how to overcome objections and willing to persevere through obstacles. We provide our sales team with a competitive commission structure. Responsibilities: • Appear at in-person or online trainings, meetings, trade shows, and sales events • Help company stay on top of all developments related to new business opportunities, sales activities, and customer needs through our CRM • Ensure customer needs are met by staying on top of our services and product, competition, and market conditions in the home services industry • Develop and execute a strategy to generate new customers in your sales territory • Speak to potential customers to introduce our services or new products • Educate clients on the benefits of solar with the purpose of generating appointments • Become an expert in solar through our leadership and training programs so you can properly serve the marketplace • Be willing to work together as a team and communicate prospects interests and concerns to the sales architect for smooth transitions and for them to close deals Qualifications: • We prefer if you have a bachelor’s degree or high school school diploma • You must have driver’s license and reliable vehicle • To be successful in this role you must have strong negotiation, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills • Should have working knowledge of a CRM • Preferably one year of sales experience • Reliable transportation • A schedule that allows for nights and weekend work. • Exposure to sales and technical support is an advantage • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices • Ability to travel and work irregular hours to visit client locations and offer demonstrations • Exceptional presentation, negotiation, and communication skills • Valid Driver's license • Must be able to pass NV background check Compensation: $60,000 - $150,000 yearly
