Reno Staffing is looking for a Member Advocates for a Call Center in the South Reno Area!
This is a temp to hire position and there is a pay increase and benefits offered when hired on after the first month. Applicants with long customer service experience and computer literate are encouraged to apply.
SHIFT: 8 hr shift Mon-Fri and Sat. PAY: $15/hr Pay differential for Bilingual Spanish or Canadian French. LOCATION: Reno NV. 89521 SUMMARY: The Member Advocate I will be responsible for providing a positive experience for members via phone and email. They will be responsible for ensuring requests are processed accurately and timely with appropriate follow through. This individual is expected to meet departmental objectives by being a responsive team member while using good judgment.
Ideal candidates will have some customer service experience, have close to perfect attendance, have computer knowledge and have a great attitude. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Other duties may be assigned.
