We're looking for a sales leader who will be part of our founding team launching the business in Boston! You'll be responsible for managing and building a book of contractors. Early on, you will play more of a hunter role, closing our first clients. As we expand, you will spend more of your time managing our existing clients and growing our share of wallet.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Own regional sales book of business
- Develop high potential leads into strategic RenoRun clients
- Develop and shape RenoRun's evolving value prop and product offering
- Work closely with marketing to onboard and nurture accounts
- Learn and maintain robust knowledge of the industry and key persona
YOU'LL HAVE
- Proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas
- Ability to manage large accounts and build strong relationships with senior leadership
- Experience as an SDR or in a hunter-style role
- Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and manage the entire sales journey
- CRM proficient or higher
- Ability to drive operational changes and improvements
- Strong written and oral communication
