RenoRun is the market leader in the fast growing on-demand construction materials industry.  We help US and Canadian construction companies by sourcing, procuring, and delivering materials for their job sites.  Recently closing our Series A of $23M, we are growing fast and looking to continue to expand!

We're looking for a sales leader who will be part of our founding team launching the business in Boston!  You'll be responsible for managing and building a book of contractors.  Early on, you will play more of a hunter role, closing our first clients.  As we expand, you will spend more of your time managing our existing clients and growing our share of wallet.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own regional sales book of business 
• Develop high potential leads into strategic RenoRun clients  
• Develop and shape RenoRun's evolving value prop and product offering  
• Work closely with marketing to onboard and nurture accounts
• Learn and maintain robust knowledge of the industry and key persona

YOU'LL HAVE

• Proven history of meeting and exceeding quotas
• Ability to manage large accounts and build strong relationships with senior leadership
• Experience as an SDR or in a hunter-style role
• Eagerness to roll up your sleeves and manage the entire sales journey
• CRM proficient or higher
• Ability to drive operational changes and improvements 
• Strong written and oral communication
