Be part of a dynamic and exciting team in Austin for one of Canada's fastest growing start-ups! In this role, you will be tasked with expanding RenoRun's brand awareness in Austin and bringing in new construction companies to use RenoRun's service. You will use a mix of in-person strategies to start conversations and develop relationships with customers.
In this role, you will report to Austin's General Manager. This role is part time, approximately 16-20 hours per week with an hourly salary starting at $15/hr based on experience. Opportunity for additional work and responsibility based on results. ,
About the Position
Improve RenoRun's brand awareness in the Austin building community
On-board new net users and customers to using RenoRun
Test out creative sales strategies
Drive to popular construction areas and drop in on project sites
Work closely with the city GM on new initiatives to drive interest and conversion
Collaborate and learn from a team of talented and fun people

Requirements
High level of initiative and drive
Proven ability to operate independently and organize your time, tools, & processes
Personable with a performance-driven attitude
Very collaborative, sharing, team mentality
History of high performance in sales or service-oriented jobs
Ability to think creatively and work in an unstructured environment
Strong written and oral communication skills
Construction experience is an asset (but not required)
Bilingual is a plus
