Responsibilities: • Install various types of trim, cabinets, windows, and doors. • Be familiar with small electrical tasks such as changing light fixtures, ceiling fans, outlets, and switches. • Be familiar with basic plumbing to install fixtures, faucets, toilets, sinks, and make small changes to in-wall plumbing. • Knowledge of how to remove and rebuild walls and set beams for changes to floor plans. Qualifications: • Physical stamina and physical strength are needed • Past construction experience, knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment and the ability to understand blueprints and construction plans are required • High school diploma or equivalent is required - Associate’s degree, trade certification, and/or completed apprenticeship program is highly preferred • Carry a valid driver's license • Strong depth perception, good eye-hand coordination, and mechanical skills are helpful Compensation: $22 - $28 hourly
