We are seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Renovation Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects. The ideal candidate will excel at coordinating employees, subcontractors, suppliers, and inspectors while ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Language: • English (Required) Ability to Commute: • Greensboro, NC 27401 (Required) Work Location : In person Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Read and interpret plans, specifications, and change orders to ensure adherence to approved designs. • Create and update project schedules regularly to meet deadlines. • Monitor project profitability and provide monthly updates on cost projections. • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and addressing concerns. • Manage and allocate materials, labor, and subcontractors for each project. • Inspect job sites to ensure quality work and compliance with standards. • Proactively solve problems and make decisions to keep projects on track. • Motivate and lead employees, subcontractors, and suppliers to achieve high performance. • Participate in company planning and strategy meetings as needed. • Ability to effectively manage teams, subcontractors, and suppliers. • Uphold and embody KC’s core values, including quality, honesty, integrity, teamwork, leadership, dependability, and positive communication. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and leadership skills. • Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. • Maintain cost control over labor, materials, and equipment. • Stay up to date on industry practices, codes, and standards to drive innovation and efficiency. Qualifications: • 3+ years of proven success in residential construction project management. • 5+ years of construction experience required. • In-depth knowledge of construction practices, processes, codes, and standards. • Valid Driver’s License, vehicle, and auto insurance. • Must be a US Citizen or a lawful Permanent Resident. • High level of attention to detail and customer service focus. • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent (a construction/engineering degree is a plus but not required). Compensation: $76,000 DOE
