Renovation Technician / Skilled Tradesperson – Residential & Commercial

Job Summary: We are seeking dedicated, detail-oriented, and experienced Renovation Technicians to join our growing team. Our renovation crew transforms residential and commercial properties, ensuring all renovations are completed with the highest standards of craftsmanship, efficiency, and integrity. Responsibilities:

Perform a variety of skilled renovation tasks including demolition, framing, drywall installation, painting, flooring, tiling, cabinetry, finish carpentry

Read and interpret construction blueprints or technical drawings

Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

Collaborate with property managers and maintenance staff to meet renovation timelines

Maintain a clean and OSHA-compliant job site

Provide clear updates on project progress, material needs, and challenges

Ensure high-quality craftsmanship in all renovation work

Follow safety procedures and wear required PPE (personal protective equipment)

Represent the company with professionalism and pride

Qualifications:

Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in residential or commercial renovation, general contracting, or construction trades

Proficient in using construction tools, materials, and equipment

Physically fit to handle the demands of renovation work (lifting, bending, standing)

Punctual, dependable, and committed to project completion

Strong teamwork, communication, and follow-through

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Authorized to work in the U.S.
