Roberts Construction Company is looking for a skilled Renovations professional to join our growing team in Phoenix, AZ! Responsibilities:

Execute residential and/or commercial renovation projects from start to finish

Perform demolition, framing, drywall, flooring, and finish work as needed

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project specifications

Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project managers to ensure timely completion

Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site in compliance with OSHA standards

Identify and resolve construction issues or deficiencies on-site

Ensure all work meets local building codes and quality standards

Requirements:

Proven experience in construction renovations, remodeling, or a related trade

Proficiency in general carpentry, framing, drywall, and/or finish work

Ability to read blueprints and follow project plans accurately

Knowledge of local Phoenix/Arizona building codes and safety regulations

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
