    We are hiring immediately Customer Account Reps that want to move up with the company and that will provide excellent customer service. This is not a boring behind a desk, watching the clock all day job. This is a fulfilling job where you are on the move in and out of the store. You will be providing great customer service managing your route in the store, and you will also be providing great customer service driving our vehicle delivering great product to our awesome customers. We’re seeking driven, retail sales minded individuals capable of managing different accounts & providing outstanding customer service. You will ensure customer accounts stay up to date and adhere to company standards & you will deliver your customers the products they need for their wonderful families.     Summary/Objective

    The Customer Account Representative manages rental accounts and meets company account

    management goals and expectations by collecting on current and past due accounts while adhering to

    company standards, policies, and procedures. This role positively impacts customer growth and revenue

    through sales activities, account management, and providing total customer satisfaction. The Customer

    Account Representative accomplishes these in a way that is consistent with the Eclipse RTO’s mission statement

    and core values.

    Essential Functions

    functions. The CUSTOMER ACCOUNT REPRESENTATIVE will:

    Account Management:

    Maintain accurate records of customer account activity, to include current and past due accounts

    Review past due accounts and communicate in-person and via phone/text/email with the

    customers to promote timely payments

    Understand and execute 6 Step Process with all customer payments while in store or over the phone

    Collect customer payments on a timely basis and meet daily/weekly collection standards

    Complete daily field visits to assure daily/weekly collection standards

    Complete customer service calls in a timely manner as assigned

    Follow all policies and procedures and adhere to all standards

    Deliveries & Returns

    Proper moving and handling to load/unload truck, or other vehicle, per policy to safely protect coworker

    and merchandise

    Safe transportation and delivery of merchandise to customer homes in Company provided vehicle as

    assigned

    Install and set up merchandise, and instruct customers on proper use of merchandise

    Pick-up merchandise from customer homes as assigned

    Keep vehicles clean and properly maintained as assigned

    Sales:

    Greet and assist customers on the sales floor

    Obtain new rental orders on the sales floor and over the phone

    Complete rental agreements as required

    Prospect for new business by telemarketing and distributing print materials

    Showroom/Backroom areas (time permitting and District Manager approved):

    Refurbish merchandise to like new condition

    Keep showroom, backroom, and all store areas neat, clean and organized, including vacuuming, dusting,

    and handling household cleaning material

    Do you have what it takes?

    • Valid California state driver’s license and good driving record
