Account Manager / Collection Team Member

Premier Rental-Purchase is seeking a customer-focused Account Manager / Collection Team Member to build strong customer relationships and help customers successfully manage their lease accounts. This hands-on role includes account management, collections, merchandise delivery, and customer service both in the store and in the field. Bilingual is a plus.

Responsibilities

Manage assigned customer accounts and assist with lease payment collections

Build and maintain positive customer relationships through regular communication

Deliver, set up, relocate, service, and retrieve rental merchandise

Conduct collection visits and assist customers with maintaining active lease agreements

Resolve customer concerns professionally and efficiently

Maintain accurate account, inventory, and payment records

Perform basic troubleshooting and minor product maintenance

Safely operate and maintain a company vehicle

Ensure proper care and security of merchandise during transport

Support store operations, inventory management, and customer growth initiatives

Qualifications

High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience

Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

Customer service, collections, delivery, sales, or related experience preferred

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Ability to lift and carry up to 75 pounds

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple responsibilities

Bilingual is a plus
