Optional access to use our energy-based and medical devices (Sofwave, Tixel, PRX, etc.) for a shared-use cost (perfect for nurse injectors)

Collaboration and mentorship opportunities with medical director Lindsey Sikora, MSN, APRN, FNP-BC, Harvard-certified in lifestyle and functional medicine

Requirements:

To maintain the integrity and standards of Shot Bar Medspa, all applicants must:

Hold a current and active license in the State of Illinois for your profession (esthetician, nail tech, massage therapist, acupuncturist, RN/APRN, etc.)

Carry current malpractice/professional liability insurance with appropriate coverage for your scope of practice

Maintain a valid business license or independent contractor status (1099)

Comply with all local health, sanitation, and OSHA standards

Use your own supplies, retail products, payment processor, and booking system unless otherwise agreed upon.

Exhibit a strong professional reputation, client retention history, and positive attitude aligned with Shot Bar’s luxury, edgy, and wellness-forward brand

Operate with integrity, respect for shared space, and willingness to collaborate in a multi-provider environment

We’re looking for high-vibe, growth-oriented professionals who bring expertise, personality, and passion to the Shot Bar collective.
