Responsibilities: • Show prospective tenants properties and highlight the provided amenities to help ensure rental contract • Ensure proper maintenance and inspect properties periodically to maintain our level of company standards • Become acquainted with client expectations of housing and finances and highlight properties that meet those expectations • Research local rental rates and calculate costs to determine fair and competitive pricing • Promote available properties using various social media and websites to help ensure quick rental contracts • Explain the requirements for potential tenants • Review the rental application process with potential tenants • Meet and qualify for rental opportunities provided to you by the company Qualifications: • Working knowledge of real estate law and leasing practices • Past sales experience is preferred • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal • Knowledge of types of homes and their heating systems • Strong knowledge of neighborhoods in Philadelphia Compensation: $55,000+ at plan commission
