Description :
Join Cooper Equipment Rentals, a new division of Cooper Tacia General Contracting. We are seeking a qualified and experienced Rental Asset Specialist to join our office in New Bern. In this role you will be responsible for driving revenue through customer needs while serving as a key customer contact and cultivating strong business relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
· Greet and assist customers with a friendly and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone
· Fulfill customer needs by assisting with information regarding equipment availability, rates and rental policies
· Process rental agreements, including checking equipment rates, creating quotes, reserving equipment and opening and closing contracts
· Maintain company data, conduct inventory controls and provide reporting and tracking of daily business activities
· Manage logistics to guarantee prompt equipment drop-off and retrieval
· Conduct daily audit of open contracts and follow up on overdue rentals
· Address and resolve customer issues in a professional and timely manner
· Maintain a clean and organized showroom and counter space with acute attention to detail
· Adhere to all company safety guidelines and protocols
· Perform additional duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Strong customer service and communication skills with professional approach
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Must maintain a professional appearance
· Valid driver’s license
Employment Type: Part-time Salary: $20 per hour Benefits:
