Your Role:

• Greet and assist rental car customers with professionalism and courtesy

• Assist the service team in the rental return car initiating and returning process

• Manage the rental fleet, contracts, and scheduling including ensuring compliance with policies

• Coordinate with service and body shop teams for customer needs

• Ensure rental vehicles are clean, ready, and compliant

• Provide top-notch customer service to every guest

Qualifications:

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Customer service experience (automotive or hospitality a plus)

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• A positive attitude and drive to grow within the dealership
