Experience with EOS a Big Plus Rental Operations

• Implement and continuously improve SOPs for inventory handling, cleaning, and load-out procedures and understanding attrition as it relates to rental.

• Manage day-to-day warehouse flow, ensuring items are prepped, inspected, and staged to brand standards.

• Maintain visual order, cleanliness, and efficiency within all production spaces.

Field Operations

• Lead daily routing, delivery schedules, and logistics coordination for multiple trucks and teams.

• Supervise on-site event setup and breakdown to ensure flawless client execution and staff accountability.

• Serve as the key point of escalation for field challenges or last-minute changes.

Team Development

• Cultivate a high-performance culture of accountability, teamwork, and pride in execution.

• Lead ongoing training for warehouse and field employees on safety, efficiency, and brand presentation.

Creative Product Execution

• Collaborate with the fabrication team and creative leadership to bring new event product ideas to life.

• Partner with sales and design staff to ensure operational readiness for creative installations or high-profile events.

• Maintain a “creative eye” for how rentals are displayed, packed, and presented — from warehouse staging to venue delivery.

• 5+ years of experience in event rentals, logistics, production, or warehouse management.

• Proven ability to develop and document detailed operational systems and SOPs.

• Excellent leadership and communication skills with experience managing cross-functional teams.

• Highly organized and proactive — thrives in a fast-paced, design-driven environment.

• Physically capable of assisting with heavy lifting and field setups when needed.

• Passionate about great design, efficient systems, and making beautiful things happen under pressure.
