Responsibilities:
Assist in managing day-to-day office operations for rental properties.
Coordinate tenant communications and respond to inquiries promptly.
Maintain accurate records of leases, payments, and maintenance requests.
Schedule property viewings and manage appointment calendars.
Prepare and distribute marketing materials for available rental properties.
Support the property management team with administrative tasks as needed.
Ensure compliance with local housing regulations and company policies.
Assist with bookkeeping and financial reporting for rental properties.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business or real estate is a plus.
Proven experience in an administrative or office support role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and property management software.
