Rentals Team Member

Job Type: Full-time Schedule: Includes at least one weekend day

About the Role

We’re looking for a dependable, customer-focused Rentals Team Member to join our team. This role supports our rental department by assisting customers, managing rental equipment, and keeping daily operations running smoothly. If you enjoy helping people, working with equipment, and being part of a team, this could be a great fit.

Responsibilities

Assist customers with rental equipment selection and pricing

Answer phone calls and prepare rental quotes

Check rental equipment in and out daily, including cleaning, fueling, etc.

Write rental contracts using a computer-based system

Schedule deliveries and pick-ups; load and unload equipment

Sell and support STIHL® products, including product registration and repairs

Perform light maintenance on rental equipment (oil changes, tune-ups, small parts)

Support retail operations as needed

Conduct inventory of rental and Stihl items

Qualifications

Flexible availability, including weekends

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Comfortable using computers and learning new systems

Good driving record; trailer experience is a plus

Interest in or ability to learn rental equipment and small engines

Able to lift, bend, and stand for extended periods

Excellent attention to detail is a must
