Your job will be, primarily, to assist customers with renting equipment. You will learn to explain the basic use and care of the equipment. You will also learn the basics of the Stihl department and help with the sales of Stihl outdoor power tools. This position can lead to Stihl repair and/or a keyholder position. Duties include (but may not be limited to) -Cashing out customers for sales and rental. -Inspecting rentals upon return to the store. -Maintaining rental equipment. -Providing excellent customer service. -Keeping sales areas well stocked -Maintaining a safe work environment. -Explaining the functions of rental and Stihl equipment. -Maintaining a tidy work area and sales floor.
