PRODUCT MANAGER – COMPUTERS (LAS VEGAS, ORLANDO, DALLAS)

Rentex, Inc. seeks a National Product Manager for our computer rental fleet. Position can office out of the Orlando, DFW or Las Vegas. We offer a great work environment, competitive pay and a comprehensive benefit package (see below for benefits).

In this fast-paced position you will oversee the development of quality control standards, product training, and best practices for the Rentex computer rental fleet of PCs, MACs, and peripherals. This includes software licensing and hardware configuration. KMS server familiarity is a huge plus. You will develop and deploy both standard and custom images for our rental computers. Willing to travel occasionally.

Experience with product lifecycle management and analyzing financial data to grow our product offering based on ROI is preferred.

This is not a network admin job. You will not sit at a console and watch network traffic all day long or deploy and manage domain policies.

OTHER QUALIFICATIONS FOR A SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE:

• Able to provide customer facing technical support and pre-rental support
• Ability to track and forecast demands of rental products
• Able to collaborate across multiple departments.
• Able to provide marketing with information for collateral and web site
• Able to track and manage warranty repairs, general repairs and “sell offs” for your department
• Purchasing/supply chain management for your product line
• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good communication skills
• Good analytical skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Any combination of education, experience, and training equivalent to graduation from high school or a GED
• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
• Must be able to lift to fifty pounds at times
