Front Office Coordinator

Department: Clerical (The non-boring kind)

Reports to: Spa Director (The pleasant kind)

Hours: Full-Time: Monday through Friday (the ability to work until 7pm a couple days a week and 1-2 Saturdays a month is a huge plus!)

Front Office Coordinator Needed

Our med spa needs a Front Office Coordinator to help us give our clients a 5-star experience all the time, every time!

How will you make a difference?

As our Front Office Coordinator, you will have the incredible honor to set the stage for each client's visit. When our clients walk in feeling anxious or insecure, you will be the first person to reassure them they have made the right decision in choosing our spa. It really changes their day! Not only that, but it sets the expectation for the visit and lets our clients know their appointment will go as smooth as possible, allowing them to be receptive to our recommendations.

Your duties as a Front Office Coordinator will include:

Making sure Clients feel welcome as soon as they walk in the door

Pleasantly answering questions

Using your friendliest phone voice to answer calls and take messages

Assisting in opening and closing the office

Understanding and respecting patient privacy laws

Scheduling and confirming appointments

Taking payments

Sales

Managing patient charts, reviewing pre & post-care treatment instructions with clients.

Experience Needed:

Two years of experience working in a healthcare clinic and in customer service/hospitality is preferred. Flawless data entry and basic computer skills are a must. A sales background is helpful.
