    Renuity Coatings and Garage Systems is experiencing rapid growth and seeking talented and enthusiastic OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVES.

    You’ll be trained in our products and be able to deliver interactive presentations that will refine your communication skills and negotiation tactics to excel in this role. To set you up for success, our marketing teams supply you with pre-qualified leads.

    We do the legwork - You do not have to generate your own clients. We'll train you well and give you the support that you need to grow. We will train you thoroughly and quickly. Then, we'll watch you earn more money than you thought possible at this stage of your career.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    As a Sales Rep, you will spend time with customers in their homes to determine their home improvement needs while providing outstanding customer service. AVERAGE ANNUAL EARNINGS IS BETWEEN $125K - $250K AND TOP PERFORMERS MAKE UPWARDS OF $300K.

    • Apply consistent effort and great attitude to meet planned sale goals/quotas
    • Set individual sale targets
    • Track sales goals and report results
    • Promote company products and services
    • Develop, present, and negotiate sales contracts

    WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

    • Ability to work evening and Saturday appointments
    • In-Home Sales or Business to Consumer Sales experience
    • Must be self-motivated and results oriented
    • Exceptional customer service
    • Ability to meet and exceed goals
    • Works successfully without requiring close supervision
