NOTE: THIS POSITION'S HOURS ARE UNITED STATES CENTRAL TIME, 8AM - 5PM, OR 3PM TO MIDNIGHT SOUTH AFRICA TIME. THIS POSITION IS HYBRID AND CANDIDATES MUST BE ABLE TO COMMUTE TO OUR WORKSPACE IN DOWNTOWN CAPETOWN SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK TO WORK WITH OTHER TEAM MEMBERS BETWEEN 3PM - 7PM SAT.

WHAT YOU WILL DO
The Sales and Project Management Administrative Support Specialist (known in our company as Client Service Associate, or CSA) supports internal team members to accomplish the mission of the company. The CSA will enable the Sales and Client Experience teams to surpass client expectations by providing valuable support. The CSA is an organized, detail-oriented individual with the ability to successfully support multiple project tasks in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment. The CSA is on the Client Services team, currently 7 strong and across 3 countries.
In this role, you will:
Use multiple software platforms to accept and process support requests
Assist Project Consultants with project setup, link testing, daily status reports, fielding recommendations, send supplier updates, DIY sample management, and reconciliation
Enter bids from the Sales team into Salesforce with all necessary information
Liaise with suppliers to gather information for quotes and support projects in field
Use proprietary tools to accurately estimate pricing and feasibility
Provide prompt, proactive, and consultative task management
Clearly and effectively communicates project metrics, timelines, and potential challenges to internal clients via email, Slack, and online video meetings
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required, advanced proficiency preferred
Strong communication skills in English language required, both written and verbal
Experience in quantitative market research, or project management preferred
Knowledge of DIY sampling platforms is a plus
Must be located in commuting distance to our South Africa office in Cape Town
Fibre connection with minimum of 20 Mbps speed required. Company will provide a CPU for your router and fiber box
