Job Description

RepSpark is seeking a full-time Professional Services Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. The Professional Services Consultant requires experience and expertise in the following:

Essential duties and responsibilities:

• Responsible for implementation and integration project activities from Service instantiation through final production cut-over.

• Develop Statements of Work for customer requested custom feature enhancements.

• Provide technical expertise including problem identification and resolution during implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.

• Deliver remote and onsite billable customer product training.

• Requirements gathering and analysis for Service integration and implementation projects.

• Provide technical account management to a growing customer base.

• Contribute technical content to maintain and enhance Knowledge base.

• Manage customer escalations and drive issue resolution with support from cross functional team members.

• Work with limited guidance and as the sole consulting resource on a project.

• Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams and other areas of the business area as needed.

What we are looking for:

• Experience working in a SaaS environment with various CRM or Ecommerce platforms
• Experience working directly with clients and project stakeholders
• 2+ years in a technical training or teaching role, with ability to convey technical subject matter to non-technical audiences
• Experience managing multiple projects concurrently
• Experience working in an Agile software development and delivery environment
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Strong attention to detail
• Information Technology degree or equivalent experience is preferable
