Job Description
RepSpark is seeking a full-time Professional Services Consultant to join our growing Professional Services team. The Professional Services Consultant requires experience and expertise in the following:
Essential duties and responsibilities:
Responsible for implementation and integration project activities from Service instantiation through final production cut-over.
Develop Statements of Work for customer requested custom feature enhancements.
Provide technical expertise including problem identification and resolution during implementation, testing, client training, and deployment.
Deliver remote and onsite billable customer product training.
Requirements gathering and analysis for Service integration and implementation projects.
Provide technical account management to a growing customer base.
Contribute technical content to maintain and enhance Knowledge base.
Manage customer escalations and drive issue resolution with support from cross functional team members.
Work with limited guidance and as the sole consulting resource on a project.
Collaborate with the sales and customer success teams and other areas of the business area as needed.
