Repair Sales Estimator

Pittsburgh, PA | Full-Time | Commission-Based (High Earning Potential)

McClellands Contracting & Roofing is growing and looking for a knowledgeable, motivated Repair Sales Estimator to join our team. This position focuses on diagnosing and selling residential repair work — roof leaks, pipe boots, soffit/fascia issues, gutters, minor siding repairs, and similar exterior problems.

What You’ll Do As A Repair Sales Estimator

Run 4–5 company-provided leads per day

Inspect roofs and exterior components to diagnose issues

Build scopes of work and prepare estimates (laptop provided)

Present and close repair jobs onsite or follow up with homeowners

Maintain consistent follow-up to close opportunities

Work closely with repair technicians who complete the jobs

Deliver excellent customer experience from inspection to sale

What We’re Looking For In A Repair Sales Estimator

Strong roofing or exterior construction knowledge (required)

Experience as a roofer, project manager, or exterior tech preferred

Comfortable speaking with homeowners and building trust

Self-motivated with strong follow-up discipline

Ability to manage a flexible, performance-based income structure

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
