    Repair Technician

    Location: Ozark, MO (In Office)

    Hours: Monday through Friday (7:00 am - 3:30 pm)

    Diagnose, repair, calibrate, test, and maintain orbital welding equipment while ensuring high-quality workmanship, accurate documentation, and safe shop practices.

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Equipment Evaluation & Repair

      • Diagnose and troubleshoot weld heads, power supplies, water coolers, facing tools, saws, cables, pendants, and related equipment to identify failure modes.

      • Perform mechanical, electrical, software, and hardware repairs.

      • Complete preventative maintenance, calibrations, and functional testing.

      • Verify repaired equipment meets company quality standards prior to shipment.

      • Document inspection findings, repairs, testing results, and recommendations electronically.

    • Production & Quality

      • Follow schedules and repair priorities established by the Coordinators.

      • Complete repairs accurately and efficiently while maintaining quality and productivity standards.

      • Follow established repair procedures and quality control processes.

    • Shop Operations

      • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment by following all safety policies, PPE requirements, and 5S standards.

    • Continuous Improvement

      • Participate in technical training and advance through the technician development program.

      • Support process improvements and share knowledge with team members.

      • Demonstrate integrity, honesty, accountability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic in all responsibilities.

    REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

    • High school diploma

    • Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude with strong troubleshooting skills.

    • Ability to read technical manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.

    • Basic computer proficiency and accurate documentation skills.

    • Ability to think critically.

    • Ability to lift up to 75 pounds occasionally and 25 pounds regularly.

    • Maintain dependable attendance, punctuality, and productivity.

    • Take direction from supervisors and senior technicians while working independently when required.

    • Comply with all federal, state, and local laws applicable to position and employment generally.

    • Comply with all company policies, procedures, and expectations to the benefit of the organization and co-workers.

    • Productively and positively contribute to our goal of maintaining a safe, healthy, productive, and enjoyable workplace.

    • Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.
