We are seeking a Testing/Repair Worker that is skilled to disassemble and reassemble miners, clean and text miner parts, parts sorting by condition.

Job responsibilities:

• Take care of and fix mining equipment like computer rigs and special hardware.
• Regularly check the equipment for issues and figure out what's wrong to decide how to fix it.
• Do repairs and replace faulty parts safely and efficiently, following rules and guidelines.
• Work with team members and supervisors to schedule repairs, prioritize tasks, and keep mining activities running smoothly.
• Keep accurate records of maintenance and repairs, including work done, parts used, and any recommendations or observations.
• Follow safety procedures to prevent accidents and injuries, and take part in safety training programs.
• Help train and mentor new repair workers, offering guidance and support to help them learn and grow.

Job requirements:

• Ability to work with small parts and soldering. Additional technical certifications preferred.
• Experience in repairing and maintaining mining equipment preferred.
• Strong technical skills for troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment issues.
• Knowledge of safety procedures and protocols.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.
• Attention to detail and ability to keep accurate records of repairs.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift and move heavy equipment.
• Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to changing repair priorities.
• Good communication skills to report progress and collaborate with supervisors.
• Prior cell phone or computer repair a plus
• Willingness to stay updated on industry developments and advancements.
