    JOB LOCATION: PLANO, TX 75023

    JOB TYPE: 12+ MONTH CONTRACT

    MAJOR PRIORITY ON BI-LINGUAL CANDIDATES (KOREAN AND ENGLISH)

    SUMMARY: 

    The main function of an operations coordinator is to provide high-level operation support by conducting research, handling information requests, maintain vendor relationships, and performing clerical functions. Other responsibilities may include maintaining all resource management processes, including headcount goals, hiring headlines, metrics and budget. 

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: 

    • Establish and maintain communication services across business units 

    • Prepare reports, such as organization and flow charts, the resource report weekly basis, and other special reports required by authorities 

    • Maintain the storage and retrieval of all resource communications data and business metrics 

    • Review contracts, cost proposals and contract supplements 

    • Set up project and work breakdown structures 

    • Establish and document business processes 

    • Oversee the resource transactions and provide assistant as needed 

    • Prepare agendas and make arrangements for business leaders 

    • Advice managers and employees on the vendor management system, and conduct internal training 

    • Perform general office duties such as ordering supplies, seat arrangement, and work-closely with GA & IT team for trouble-shooting 

    • Perform organization management related duties and other requests demanded by the manager 

    SKILLS:

    • Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, and critical thinking 

    • Bilingual (English/Korean) required 

    • Advanced ability to work independently and manage one’s time 

    • Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential 

    • Basic Ability in event planning, budgeting, etc. 

    • Advanced ability with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint 

    EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field preferred 

    • 0-2 years experience required
