Abacus is looking for a Replenishment Supervisor in the Fort Worth, TX area.
The Replenishment Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the replenishment operations within the distribution center to ensure the efficient and accurate movement of inventory from reserve locations to active pick locations. This role plays a key part in maintaining stock availability for order fulfilment, optimizing storage space, and supporting overall warehouse productivity. The Replenishment supervisor leads a team of associates, ensures adherence to safety and quality standards, and works cross-functionally to meet operational goals.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, coach, and develop a team of replenishment associates to achieve daily productivity and accuracy targets.
- Oversee replenishment activities including bin-to-bin transfers, reserve-to-pick location movements, and carton picking for order fulfillment.
- Coordinate day-to-day operations by aligning tasks with shifting business priorities in a fast-paced environment to ensure efficiency and on-time execution.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Turret, Pallet Jack) safely and efficiently to support replenishment tasks.
- Monitor inventory levels and triggers for automatic or manual replenishment.
- Utilize warehouse management system (WMS) to track and manage inventory movement.
- Train and evaluate team members on best practices and safety procedures.
- Promote a clean, organized, and hazard free environment.
- Coordinate with Inbound, Returns, and Outbound operations to support companywide objectives.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, audits, and regulatory standards (e.g., FDA, FLA, WRAP).
- Be a role model for punctuality, work ethic, and professionalism.
- High school diploma or equivalent (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in inventory control or warehouse operations, with 1+ year in a lead role.
- Strong understanding of replenishment procedures and best practices.
- Proficient in warehouse management systems.
- Microsoft Suite (Excel, Word, PPT, etc.).
- Experience operating material handling equipment (e.g., Order Picker, Turret, Pallet Jack).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to delegate tasks and motivate team members.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Conflict resolution and performance coaching ability.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
- Willingness to work flexible schedules (OT, Holidays, etc.).
- Bi-lingual preferred.
- Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. regularly.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and stoop for long periods (8+ hour shifts).
