Responsibilities:

Analyze and interpret healthcare data to support quality management initiatives.

Develop and maintain reports and dashboards to track performance metrics.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and solutions.

Ensure data integrity and accuracy in reporting processes.

Assist in the preparation of presentations for stakeholders and leadership.

Monitor industry trends and best practices in quality management informatics.

Provide training and support to team members on reporting tools and methodologies.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in healthcare informatics, data analytics, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in data analysis or reporting within the healthcare sector.

Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and accuracy.

Familiarity with healthcare quality metrics and regulatory requirements.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Experience with SQL or similar database querying languages is a plus.
